Broker-dealers; custody
Cradle Capital is not a broker-dealer. Securities are offered through our affiliated broker-dealers, which are FINRA/SIPC members. Advisory clients’ assets are held in their own accounts at a qualified custodian of their choosing. Cradle Capital does not hold client funds or securities.
Performance and risk
Investing involves risk, including the possible loss of principal. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Hypothetical, backtested or model results have inherent limitations. They do not reflect actual trading or the effect of fees, costs and market conditions on decision-making, and actual results may differ materially.
Other business activities
Cradle Capital and its affiliates also arrange commercial lending and equipment leasing, and operate digital-asset technology services (Atomic Pay, Atomic Exchange and the Atomic Flash Desk). These activities are not investment advisory services and are not covered by Cradle Capital’s investment adviser registration. Loans and leases arranged by Cradle Capital and its lending partners are credit products. They are not investment advisory services and are not covered by Cradle Capital’s investment adviser registration. All credit is subject to underwriting and lender approval.
