This notice explains what information Cradle Capital ("we", "us") collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It covers the public site and the secure client portal.
Information we collect
- Portal accounts — for authorized users we hold a name, email address, and credentials (passwords are stored only as a salted cryptographic hash, never in plain text).
- Inquiries — if you contact us, the details you choose to send.
- Technical & usage data — basic information such as IP address and browser type, used to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the site.
- Analytics data — with your consent, aggregated and anonymized information about how the site is used (see below).
How we use it
To operate and secure the site and portal, to respond to inquiries, and to improve the site. We do not sell your personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Analytics & your choices
We use Google Analytics 4 (a Google service) to measure how the site is used in aggregate. It is configured to truncate IP addresses and to disable advertising and cross-device signals, so it is not used to target ads or identify you across other sites. Analytics cookies are non-essential, so you control them:
- EU, EEA, UK & Switzerland — analytics cookies are set only after you accept them in the cookie banner.
- United States & elsewhere — analytics may run by default; you can decline or opt out at any time from the banner.
Declining leaves the site fully functional. To change your choice later, clear the cc_consent cookie to re-open the banner. You can also install Google's Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Service providers
We share data only with the providers needed to run the service, each under their own terms: Cloudflare (hosting, database, network security) and Google Analytics (consent-based, anonymized site-usage measurement).
