- Bank Officer or Trade Desk Officer Full Information
- CIS From All Parties
- If using an Intermediary, Fee Agreement - IMFPA (or Paymaster Agreement Preferred)
- Custody Statement showing ownership (Euroclear Pages do NOT Qualify)
Cradle Capital will NOT issue a Term Sheet, LOR or LOI unless these criteria are met; you will not be able to submit any business until the above items are received and approved.
Brokers who ask for LORs without seller confirmation are using our documents as “Bait” in order to entice sellers to engage with them. This wastes both sides time – a serious seller will provide proof that they own the asset, in which we will start the engagement process.
